A young man  daniel chukwuemeka is threatening to sue some popular blogs like  linda ikeji,gossipnaija,wedding digest,vanguard
for plagiarism,copy right and all that according to chukwuemeka Daniel on his face book page and I quote  "After due consultations and deliberation, I have decided to take action in seeking redress of the infringement on my copyright over a post I made on February 18 about my neighbour delivering her baby in my car. I'm taking legal action against the media houses involved: Vanguard Newspaper (owners of Vanguard Allure), Naij.com, Linda Ikeji's blog and Wedding Digest. I have officially contacted the aforementioned in writing, through my lawyers. Many of you shared the links here, and some tagged me as well. I have always craved to practise whatever I preach. This stride I have taken is in honour of my pledge to always seek redress in the face of unjust acts, when and if I have the wherewithal. Moreover, it is my hope that many Nigerians would learn from the experience, and be well-informed on copyright infringement issues, know their rights, and stop being unnecessarily complacent by dismissing issues which otherwise demand serious attention.
